Don’t stay on the surface of things and guard against the worldly spirit of appearances, against the scheming of your soul to make yourself look better. Instead, make the most stable connection: that of a heart that sees the good and passes it on, without getting tired of it. And selflessly pass on this joy you have selflessly received from God, for many are waiting for it!’

God will reveal what is in the hearts
From the holy apostle Paul’s first letter to the Christians of Corinth
From Corinth
Brothers and sisters,
this is how we should be regarded:
As helpers of Christ,
entrusted with the stewardship of God’s secrets.
Well, a steward must prove that he is trustworthy.
But I care little for his judgement or that of any human authority.
Or that of any human authority.
I don’t even judge myself.
For though I am not aware of anything,
therefore I do not go free.
It is the Lord who judges me.
So do not judge prematurely
before the Lord comes.
He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness, and will reveal what is in hearts.
And will reveal what is in the hearts.
Then everyone will receive from God the praise due to him.
INTERLUDIUM Ps 37(36), 3-4, 5-6, 27-28, 39-40
The salvation of the godly comes from the Lord.
Trust in the Lord and do what is right,
then you will live safely in your land.
Seek your happiness in the Lord,
He gives what your heart desires.
Trust the Lord with your way of life,
Trust in Him, He will take care of it.
Your honour will shine like the dawn
Your righteousness like the noonday sun.
Turn away from evil and do what is right,
then you can live here forever;
for God loves righteousness,
He does not forsake His faithful.
The salvation of the godly comes from the Lord;
He is their refuge in hard times.
The Lord stands by them and delivers them,
He saves those who turn to Him.

When the bridegroom is taken away from them ,
then they will fast.
From the holy Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to
Luke
At that moment, the scribes and Pharisees said to Jesus:
‘The disciples of John
fast and pray often;
The disciples of the Pharisees do the same,
But yours eat and drink’.
Jesus replied:
‘Can you sometimes make the friends of the bridegroom fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
While the bridegroom is with them?
‘But the days will come
When the bridegroom will be taken away from them
and then, during that time, they will fast’.
He also gave them another parable:
‘No one tears a piece of a new garment
in order to change an old garment with it;
Otherwise he tears not only the new garment ,
Otherwise he not only tears the new garment, but also the fabric of the new garment does not fit the old one.
‘And no one pours young wine into an old sackcloth ;
lest the young wine burst the sacks,
and the sacks spoil, and the young wine run out.
‘But young wine must be poured into new sacks.
‘And no one who has drunk old wine longs for the young;
he will say: the old is better’.

are fertile ground for mafias. They often impose themselves
through various forms of aid and by posing as ‘protectors’ by oblivion,
while pursuing their own criminal interests.
There is a typical Mafia pedagogy that uses
a false sense of community, bonds of dependence and submission, from which it is very difficult to free oneself.
